The audience is not the consumer, but the manufacturer — food producers, product developers, and procurement teams who rely on accurate, substantive information before they act. Every claim must be defensible, and each piece moves through a rigorous approval process, leaving little room for imprecision.

My work centred on Valio's B2B ingredients proposition, lactose-free dairy solutions, sugar reduction technology, and protein nutrition, translating complex food science into editorial content that was clear, credible, and genuinely useful to an industry audience. An article exploring reduced-sugar ice cream solutions became Valio's most viewed piece and its strongest performer in both SEO and reader engagement for that year. A quiet reminder that rigour and reach are not in conflict.
